MyoStudio is built for studios that run group classes and multi-client sessions — yoga, pilates, fitness, and dance. It includes class scheduling for up to 16 clients per slot, attendance tracking, and double-booking with smart lag. Both share the same core platform for scheduling, payments, booking, and analytics.
The base price covers one practitioner (the person who sees clients and delivers sessions). Each additional practitioner who sees clients is +$22/month. Admin staff, front desk staff, and bookkeepers are always free — they can use the system without adding to your cost.
MyoMind is completely optional. It's an AI add-on ($29/month) that gives you pre-visit client briefs, an AI note scribe that formats your session notes, and progress trend analysis across client sessions. It's especially useful for clinical practices writing SOAP notes. You can add or remove it anytime.
Yes. Unlimited SMS appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and cancellation notices are included in every MyoMesh plan at no extra charge. No add-on packs needed.
Yes. You can change your account type in your settings at any time. Your clients, sessions, and payment history stay intact — only the feature set changes to match your practice type.
Annual billing saves you one month free. You pay for 11 months and get 12 months of access. You can switch to annual billing anytime from your settings.
